Palmeras

Ingredientes:
Para 4 personas
-Para 20-26 unidades
1 lámina de hojaldre
100 gr. de azúcar glas
un poco de harina
un poco de mantequilla fundida
hojas de menta

Elaboración:

Espolvorea la mesa de trabajo con un poco de harina, coloca la lámina de hojaldre y estíralo bien con un rodillo. Unta la superficie con mantequilla, coloca el azúcar glas en un colador y espolvorea por encima. Dóblalo en tres y estíralo nuevamente.

Repite la operación 2 o 3 veces.

Una vez obtenida una placa bien estirada, unta con mantequilla la superficie y enróllalo desde los extremos hacia el centro, de tal forma que resulten como dos rollos de hojaldre unidos.

Corta en rodajas finas y coloca sobre una placa de horno, dejando suficiente espacio entre ellas. Introdúcelas en el horno a 160ºC, durante 30 minutos.

Colócalas sobre una fuente adornada con blonda, espolvorea con azúcar glas. Decora con unas hojas de menta.
 

Consejo: Si queréis dar un toque especial a vuestras palmeras, podéis untarlas, antes y después de hornear, con mermeladas de distintos sabores.
